Our dynamic teams include merchandisers, Quality controllers, a competency team, and a technical team. They collaborate closely to manage and control everything from product sourcing to production lines, ensuring the highest quality.
Merchandising
Our dynamic merchandising team is proactive, committed, and dedicated to our work. With their strong effective communication skills, they maintain and track order status through OPS (Order Progress Schedule). Our merchandisers do severe risk analysis to minimize technical issues, ensuring timely submission to meet delivery deadlines. Equipped with technical expertise, they actively troubleshoot and collaborate closely with the QA and production teams to ensure constant sample submission and bulk production. Furthermore, the team provides regular updates to buyers on sample and production statuses.
Quality Control (QC)
The Quality Control (QC) team plays a vital role in ensuring product quality throughout the production process. Our QC team maintains active monitoring over production lines, including Size set, inline, Midline, Pre-Final, and Final inspections. In print factories, they supervise print quality, positioning and wash durability to uphold the quality of the product we promise.
Competency
Our team of competency works hard to drive excellence and sustainable growth. Their approach to sourcing materials focuses on finding the best balance between competitive pricing and exceptional quality. They constantly improve our working system and human resources through QC circle and training. The team helps us to recruit honest and dedicated staff, and strive to cultivate strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to expand our reach and strengthen our impact in the industry.
Technical
We take great pride in our Technical Team, they do the groundwork of our production. We couldn’t maintain our commitment to delivering products with customizations and quality without their help. Each sample undergoes a thorough check by the team to ensure it meets all requirements before submission. They carefully evaluate pre-cutting approval samples to maintain consistency and excellence throughout the process. Beyond technical proficiency, they maintain records and track every order and sample, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish.
