Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance (QA) team systematically monitors and evaluates the production process, they strive to maintain the highest standards of quality at the production process. Their main focus is to make sure the whole production goes according to buyers’ requirements and our standard policy. If there are any issues with the product line, they report to the QC team. The QC team is responsible for maintaining the quality of each product.
Quality Control (QC)
Quality Control (QC) team plays the key role in ensuring product quality throughout the production process. They maintain active monitoring over production lines, including size set, inline, midline, pre-final, and final inspections. Each sample undergoes a thorough check to ensure it meets buyers’ requirements. The team carefully evaluates pre-cutting approval samples to maintain consistency and excellence throughout the process. They also supervise print quality, positioning and wash durability to uphold the quality of the product we promise.
