Inspecting Raw materials
We start by inspecting all raw materials, including fabric, thread, trims, and accessories, to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Monitoring cutting process
Our quality control team monitors the cutting process to ensure that the fabric is cut accurately and that there are no faults in the cut pieces.
Monitoring sewing process
We have a team of quality controllers, especially for monitoring the sewing process who ensure the sewing is accurate, with no skipped stitches or other defects.
Production Monitoring
Our skilled quality control inspectors closely monitor the production process. They regularly check to verify adherence to our predetermined standards at each stage.
Check for defects
The quality control manager checks the finished garment for any defects, including holes, stains, and loose threads to ensure there are no defects.
Final Inspection
Before shipment of each garment, our dedicated inspectors carefully examine the finished products to confirm that they meet all of our specifications.
